Guatemala Espectacular was born with culinary inspiration to maintain the origin of the flavors of Guatemalan gastronomy, using the best and most representative ingredients of its cuisine.

We preserve our gastronomy using original recipes and we also contribute to preserve the identity of our culture and customs,  using ancestral techniques and processes that to obtain the original flavors.

We use clay utensils, we grill our ingredients on a comal, we apply tortilla on our errands (so some dishes are gluten-free.

We have the dishes declared intangible marriage of the country such as pepian, kak ik, jocon, bananas in mujhjjhyjhttole 

and many more that are handcrafted in our kitchen, keeping a tradition alive until it reaches your table.
